Grocery Budget, $200 a week

Note: This is for the whole week. We are to go to the supermarket/fruit shop once a week. If we seem to need anything else during the week, we will have to find a substitute or do without. (This is going to be very hard, seeing as we currently go to the shop at least 5 out of 7 days each week!).
